Great for work and Running
I am a runner on my feet all day. I have plantar fasciitis. Having maximum comfort and stability is a must. I have many different shoes that I rotate between (Hoka, ultra boost, Nike alpha fly). I have high arches so it is hard for me to get good support. I can honestly say these things have the best arch support I have had. I bought it for my girlfriend as well. She absolutely loves it. Easy to insert, and it stays stable as if it was part of the shoe. It transformed my old running shoe into my most comfortable shoes I own. Highly recommend, specially if you work standing all day. Im going to order another pair for my other shoes. Great product, fast shipping.

I got these for my husbands work boots. He works 12 hour days on his feet and his boots are steel toes. I could tell that his feet were hurting more and more so I wanted to get him something that would provide him with more support. These seems to do the trick. He said they support his feet more than his boots do and provide more cushioning on the heels so his feet don't ache as bad. Though he did say that at the end of the day his feet will still ache a couple days in but that is to be expected. I do notice a difference in his demeanor when coming home since getting them for him and he seems like he is not complaining about foot pain as much. they do have lines on the bottom that are for shoe sizes but the directions say to place your current insole on the bottom and trace before cutting. The insole is a little hard to cut but it is fine.
I will keep updated on how my husband feels about them and if anything changes I will update my review. But for now I would say they are a nice insert with decent arch support.
